A 03/22/2021, 6:12:20 PM The steering box brace is JUST the inner spacer that goes between the box and frame rails. The UNF kit includes that spacer as well as outer plates to stiffen the whole uni-frame and steering.
Q JD. Katsudas • 06/17/2021, 10:40:21 AM Good Morning , greetings frm Panama I already have an aftermarket bumper frm Goliath offroad (sorry just found you ahah) that bolts frm the outside of the rail does this kit goes frm the inside?,, is not compatible w/ that bumper? or do i need to do something special? rgrds JD
A 06/25/2021, 11:08:27 AM Sorry we haven't tested this kit with that bumper. Our brackets are designed to go between the bumper mounts and the uniframe on the outside.
Q Christian Rutherford • 06/18/2021, 11:43:01 AM If installing with an aftermarket bumper, do you install the bumper over the tie-ins or install the bumper then the tie-ins over top and tighten down?
A 06/25/2021, 11:08:27 AM Bumper mounts over a tie-in.
Q Tracy stewart • 08/08/2021, 3:58:40 PM When ordering this kit will my existing nuts and bolts set work or will I have to order a new set due to the added thickness of the brackets etc. If so do you guys sell the set of nuts and bolts needed?
A 08/12/2021, 2:32:10 PM This kit comes with all the hardware you need to install.
Q Vic Chen • 08/31/2021, 9:35:30 AM • Includes steering spacer. Is it 2 pic for both side or 1 pic for single side?
A 09/02/2021, 10:07:16 AM The kit includes two outside plates, two front tie-ins, one steering box spacer, and hardware.
Q Kris • 10/12/2021, 2:18:15 PM I recently bought a used ARB 3450010 off a wrecked XJ. Will this tie-in kit work? I need something to reinforce for winch use. Thanks
A 10/28/2021, 11:13:00 AM There would need to be enough room between the mounts and the Jeep's uniframe to add these, if there is not, there is a chance you could hammer your bumpers mounts outward for more clearance, but we have not dealt with the ARB specifically.
Q Jay Salow • 12/01/2021, 11:02:24 PM Will your tie in brackets work with a rough country bumper?
A 12/07/2021, 3:11:38 PM The RC bumper should have tie-ins. Ours could work if there is enough room between the bumper mounts and the frame, you may need to bend the bumper mounts out slightly.

A 02/14/2022, 3:53:54 PM Yes, it does.
Q Garrett McNabb • 04/16/2022, 7:56:21 PM Will this kit work with your frame stiffener kit?

Q Kyle • 02/01/2023, 10:13:32 AM So my issue I'm having is my steering gear box rusted out of the uni body will this part fix the mounting issue for the gear box
A 02/03/2023, 1:42:58 PM We haven't tested this on a rusty frame, so we can't be sure it will be strong enough for that.
Q Justin • 10/05/2023, 7:47:36 PM Is this kit required when switching to your front bumper?
A 11/29/2023, 4:56:19 PM It is included with all of our winch bumpers to provide additional strength for recoveries situations.

Must have if you have a winch bumper
(California) | June 8th, 2020
Great kit, easy to install and definitely strengthens up the front end. Only reason I have it 4 stars is because I had to drill my own holes for the fender support bracket, they tell you to remove or cut the bracket therefore there is no hole for it, but with a little pry bar action it all lines up and looks factory
