What am I getting when I buy from JcrOffroad? Your getting a signature product that was hand built in house by one of our leading fabricators. We don’t hire $9 per hour guys to assemble and build your product nor do we buy out sourced parts and pieces! We built EVERYTHING in house and because of this, we can control the quality and the timing of each order.

Standard Jcr Quality: Our standard quality can strongly rival most companies’ best quality. Our High Quality finishing and fitment is standard issue on all of our products. We don’t cut corners and we don’t skip the details!
- Only Constructed from NEW high quality US steel.
- All of our products are designed and dimensioned using premier CAD Software and all design work is done in house by the guys building your product.
- Fully MIG welded using large industrial machines (50 amps or larger); by quality fabricators using full production style Jigs.
- For Appearance, non structural welds are ground and finished, giving you a smooth and sleek looking final product.
- All tubing is bent crimp free using high quality production tooling.
- All connecting tube work is notched for proper fit before welding.
- Every mounting plate we use is made using CNC control equipment and built only from ¼” thick high strength sheet steel.
- To achieve that “finished” look, every part is de-burred and finished ground.
- Slotted holes are standard on all of our mounting brackets to allow for adjustment and perfect alignment.
- Skid plates, Armor and other misc. parts are formed using a CNC controlled press brake, allowing for tight uniform radiuses.
