JcrOffroad Warranty and Replacement Information

All JCR off-road bumpers and rock sliders come with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty.

If any part of the structure or the welded portions of the product fail under normal use*, contact JCR off-road or original dealer for inspection.

Tire carrier spindles on bumpers created before April, 2010 include one free replacement of the spindle with an identical part. Upgrading to a new style spindle is available for a fee. Tire carrier spindles on bumpers manufactured after April, 2010 include our full replacement warranty.

Bumper hardware and accessories (latches, lights, bolts, etc...) are not protected under warranty.

All returns to JCR require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and must be pre-approved by JCR. Any packaged without an RMA number will be returned to sender.

Upon our receipt of the damaged product it will be replaced/repaired at out discretion.

The warranty is only applicable for the original purchaser of the product; all names of customers are held in a JCR database for reference. All returns will be checked.

Any modifications made to any of these products will void the warranty.

Paint, powdercoat, or any other finishes are not covered by warranty at JcrOffroad.

Please contact us about product failures regardless of reason. We are extremely fair, but ultimately have the right to refuse any warranty claim.

*Normal use includes driving, wheeling, & recovery. Normal use DOES NOT include major onroad or offroad collisions, roll overs, etc..
