JcrOffroad Warranty and Replacement Information

All JCR off-road bumpers and rock sliders come with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty*

If any part of the structure or the welded portions of the product fail, contact JCR off-road or original dealer for inspection.

All returns to JCR require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and must be pre-approved by JCR. Any packaged without an RMA number will be returned to sender.

Upon receipt of the damaged product to JCR off-road it will be replaced/repaired and sent back to original customer (The customer is responsible for return shipping, JCR will pay for shipping of replacement product).

The warranty is only applicable for the original purchaser of the product; all names of customers are held in a JCR database for reference. All returns will be checked.

All of our Tie-rod Ends come with a Lifetime Warranty. Contact JCR for an RMA number prior to sending the product back. Replacement Tie-rod Ends will be shipped upon receipt of the damaged Tie-rod Ends.

Any modifications made to any of these products will void the warranty.

*Paint, powdercoat, or any other finishes are not covered by warranty at JcrOffroad.
