I was wanting a cargo basket that would hang on the roll bars and not have to mount where the roof connects. I have a Plano cargo box in the rear of my Jeep with recovery equipment and wanted something that would sit/hang above it that and this is perfect! It was a pain to go grocery shopping with the Plano cargo box in the rear and I didn't want to continually fold my seats down to either load groceries in the back seat or push the cargo box forward, which I actually have the Plano cargo box secured with a lock and chain. JCR Offroad's cargo rack is very solid and the price is very reasonable, especially compared to all the others I researched. There are plenty of tie-down areas, which I use a bungie strap when I load up groceries so they don't slide around. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking to gain some extra cargo storage.
