Q Christian Strauss • 06/16/2020, 4:30:14 PM Can this be mounted into the bed of any pick-up truck? Like a Raptor? Thanks!
A 06/24/2020, 5:25:15 PM If you are willing to drill holes it is designed to mount wherever it fits.
Q Ray • 06/19/2020, 6:29:58 PM Two questions: first, is there any drilling required, or does this utilize the rear seat and/or seatbelt mounting holes? Also, does the mount w/o a tire rise above the side rails? I ask because my TJ has a hard tonneau cover for daily driving and I only plan on throwing the spare on when I go off-roading. Thanks!
A 06/24/2020, 5:25:15 PM As they are universal they require drilling.
Q Adam Green • 07/14/2020, 1:08:19 AM What are the dimensions? I have a small raised platform in the back of my JKU and want to measure it out to see if it would fit.
A 07/15/2020, 12:39:23 PM The base is approximately 26" wide by 24" deep.
Q Roman • 07/19/2020, 3:42:06 PM I have a 89 yj and was wondering how big of a tire I could fit back there with this mount because of the wheel wells Make it seem like I couldn’t get a tire over 33” to fit
A 07/21/2020, 3:41:07 PM We have not tested on a YJ. On an LJ we have fit a 40" tire.
Q Andi • 08/11/2020, 2:30:19 PM Will this work in the back of a LJ with a hard top on?
A 08/12/2020, 3:39:22 PM Don't see any reason why it wouldn't.
Q Tyler • 09/17/2020, 4:56:57 PM Can I fit this mount with a 40 inch tire in my Jeep Tj and if not what is the largest size I would be able to fit?
A 09/24/2020, 10:28:08 AM We have a 40 in our LJ, but we haven't tried a TJ here at the shop.
Q Cole Chrisbacher • 09/22/2020, 11:07:19 AM would the fit inside the hatch of an xj bolted to the floor with 33s or 35s?
A 09/24/2020, 10:28:08 AM We have not tested this. The carrier itself would fit as it's universal, you would have have to measure for your tire. With the backseat up our gut reaction is no.
Q Jordan • 10/19/2020, 3:47:45 AM Where are the mounting holes located currently? Some pictures show them on the inside corners of the tire mount and other pictures show them on the outside corners of the tire mount. Thank you
A 10/20/2020, 6:37:16 PM Outside corners.
Q joe • 02/26/2021, 1:55:45 PM does this require the universal tire mount as well?
A 03/01/2021, 2:42:00 PM Adjustable tire mount is sold separately.
Q Jordan • 03/11/2021, 2:02:21 PM Assembly instructions?
A 03/16/2021, 3:39:11 PM Sorry we don't have assembly instructions for this product, please email our tech support team with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org

I was going to have a friend custom fab a tire carrier then I came across this one. Works perfectly! Good quality! Been installed for a few months now and it's awesome. Perhaps one of the best parts about the whole experience was that they didn't pull the "covid card" I say that because I ordered other products from other places and canceled 2 of my orders after they weren't even shipped 8 weeks in. Other orders took 10 weeks or more to receive. My order with jcr was received in just a week or so. THANK YOU JCR!! I highly recommend jcr and this tire carrier.

I order this weeks before I left for Recruit Training, so I didn't get the chance to install this. I love this product, it's awesome and looks grea, with my truck conversion!

I love being able to carry my spare in the back of the jeep and knowing it's safely secured by a solid product. Not bad to install and quality powdercoating. I've had a lot of compliments and questions about where to get one. jamietaver
