Nut strips arrived in a timely fashion. Staff was very helpful. Quality was excellent and the extra cost Is justified by the high-quality. It gives me just a little more confidence in the hitch attachment on my XJ. I have a high recommendation for this staff and their product

These made things much easier and at the cost, it is well worth the money

I knew it was going to take some time and it did. The workmanship on this bumper is second to none. I had it powder-coated myself a customer color and I will be buying the two swings when I have the cash. JCR makes the nicest accessories. On the other hand, you pay for what you get and these are not inexpensive.

Great addition to make my life easier. This is a must if you want to add a skid plate and let??s be honest if you??re reading this you are going to or at some point will. I did go ahead and give this a 5 because the only issue I had was the same clearance issue with the opening in my 1999 XJ but according to a previous reply from JCR on another review they??ve corrected this. It wasn??t a big deal for me to open up the hole a little but it might be for someone who didn??t have the tools. jonwilder6

Well there I was... I had the rear bumper on a my XJ off ready to put on my new hitch and off-road bumper. I looked in the "frame" and saw nothing but a rusted up mamby pamby excuse for nutserts. In my distress I turned to the only place I knew could save me from agony and pain. JCROffroad. I found this item and clicked purchase. In a few days I opened up the mail like a little kid on Christmas morning waiting for that toy I always wanted. Got the new strip in with only minor work on the entrance point. Those bolts went through it like a hot knife in butter on Thanksgiving dinner. If you find yourself wondering if you need these for your XJ, ask yourself this: do you want to be "that guy" on the trail when your hitch rips off? Buy this product. Seriously, you waste 39 dollars on cheap Chinese junk all the time. Buy JCR!

Holes were all in the right spots, they came powder coated, and these made it way easier to install my gas tank skid.

Worked like a charm. Getting the old stuff out was a bit challenging but I got it done with out too much fuss. These are highly recommended if you're running an after market bumper with towing capabilities. Thanks again JCR for well built products Pingram1285

I had the older style first with the nuts welded to it. It was great as long as the nuts were perfectly centered before welding. I broke one when I was installing and talked to JCR. They took care of my problem and sent me these. I didn't realize the design was improved until I open the box to some beefy goodness. Great products with long lasting quality! csx692

Used these to install a hitch, so this product was probably overkill. pulled the rear bumper and mounts. Pax side had a factory XJ strip already installed. There are rivets to drill or chisel out before you can remove this strip.
The only problem was one of the nut serts on the strip didn't hold when tightening everything down. I can see it spinning on the strip. of course, I can't reach it with a tool so I must live with it. This bolt will have to be cut out so I hope I never have to deal with it again..
