Q Jason N • 03/30/2023, 6:21:38 PM Can I use this bumper to tow my Jeep behind my RV?
A 04/17/2023, 6:29:27 PM Yes, using a tow bar designed for d-ring tabs. We always recommend that the safety chains go directly to the Jeeps frame for another layer of security.
Q Travis White • 01/16/2024, 6:27:24 AM Will this fit the Gladiator Mojave? Also, can the factory skid plate work with it?
A 01/17/2024, 10:20:07 AM This bumper will fit a Mojave, however we have not verified fitment with the factory Mojave skid plate.
Q Zach Brown • 02/01/2024, 1:38:42 AM Will the vacuum pump for a 14 jk need to be relocated?
A 02/02/2024, 11:47:44 AM No, the vacuum pump does not need to be relocated.

I have had the bumper installed for about a month now and I love it. I had issues installing it, (see my previous review) but it seems like JCR has resolved that for future bumper purchases. Their customer service has been exceptional. They offered me a replacement bumper, but I had already gone through all the work of installing it. They continued to work with me and offered me a discount on another product. They seem like really care about their customers. This is the reason I buy made in USA products. Thank you JCR.

Out of all the items I have purchased from JCR, this is the one I expected to have the least amount of concern with. Not to be the case. Like the only other reviewer, the welded in bolts did not come close to aligning with my frame horns which led to having to die grind the horn plates. The "bolt on" hoop doesn't fit in any dimension because the bolt holes line up with the top of the frame rails where there is less than 3/8 of an inch of clearance to fit hardware and a wrench. Unless you want to mark, drill, and install nutserts into the top of the frame, there is NO WAY you are using the hoop. The passenger side fog light pocket was almost 3mm too small which had me using a Dremel on a finished bumper to clearance enough room to install a factory fog light housing. Way too many issues that would require a bare bumper test fit to call this a bolt on solution. The amount of work I did to fit this has me thinking their laser cutter and the guy programming it are both drunk.
The highlight, once installed, it's a good looking bumper... Getting it installed will test your patience unless you have a JL/JT with Goldilocks horn alignment and you plan on losing the OEM foglights.
Another caveat, you can use the factory lower skid from the Rubi AND the Mojave. Nobody could answer that definitively.
Note From JcrOffroad: Chris, we investigated the problem and found an issue with a batch of winch plates on this specific bumper. We believe you have already talked to our tech support team, and we are working on a solution for your bumper. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
