great idea
(PNW) | June 17th, 2023
Well made and looks good but unfortunately doesn't work on my 23 Wildtrak, the spare sits too close to the antenna.
Note From JcrOffroad: Sorry for the confusion, Max; correct, these do not fit Wildtrak, Sasquatch, or Raptor (due to tire size).
Good products but powder coating is failing after 2 years
(S. IL) | June 12th, 2023
I have both front, rear, 1/4 panel armor and adventure tire carrier for my '00 XJ. All were very easy to install and the directions were good as were the YT videos. The only issue I've had after running all these for 18-24 months is that the powder coating is already peeling and flaking (despite not taking damage or wear) at the leading edges of most pieces. Obviously, these are expensive parts and I would have hoped that the coatings would stand up. This vehicle is mostly garage-kept and is cared for so it's irritating that I'm going to have to address it at further expense. I'm beginning to plan for a JT build and obviously considering JCR products for it, however, I don't know if I will commit due to the poor longevity of the powder coating.
The best hoop add on out there!
(Ohio) | June 9th, 2023
First the packaging, nothing was going to damage this thing! Incredible packing! Second, this is the best hoop out there. Doesn’t mess with camera angles, you can see a little at the top but that’s not the use of that front camera. Front 2 bolts were a little struggle to get in and tighten down, AND not scratch the hoop or paint but go slow and it’s manageable. Now just waiting for the bracket to made for the middle to and some lights to it! (Hint, hint)
Note From JcrOffroad: Thanks, George!
Great products!

These skids are awesome! And easy install! After I ordered my 2nd skid I got a call from them to make sure my 1st skid was working well, needless to say heck yes it is! One more skid to go when money allows! Can't wait!
Bronco Snack Tray
(Alpena Mi) | June 2nd, 2023
Product arrived well packaged, but did not include hot dogs. Installation was a breeze, even for a Jeep guy who normally only takes things apart.
Note From JcrOffroad: Huh, something must have eaten the hot dogs out of the package.
100$? Really? It had better come with a ***** holder
(Colorado) | May 11th, 2023
So when you guys bed me over, the trunk area is already ready to go. I’ll make my own with a piece of netting or plastic for 10$ Sorry guys, I love the idea but the pricing is obscene
Note From JcrOffroad: No to bending you over; you are not our type, sorry. We hope you enjoy the process of making your own, building our own products is how we started.
Excellent Customer Service
(Ohio) | May 10th, 2023
I have had the bumper installed for about a month now and I love it. I had issues installing it, (see my previous review) but it seems like JCR has resolved that for future bumper purchases. Their customer service has been exceptional. They offered me a replacement bumper, but I had already gone through all the work of installing it. They continued to work with me and offered me a discount on another product. They seem like really care about their customers. This is the reason I buy made in USA products. Thank you JCR.
Very Disappointed
(Phoenix) | April 25th, 2023
Out of all the items I have purchased from JCR, this is the one I expected to have the least amount of concern with. Not to be the case. Like the only other reviewer, the welded in bolts did not come close to aligning with my frame horns which led to having to die grind the horn plates. The "bolt on" hoop doesn't fit in any dimension because the bolt holes line up with the top of the frame rails where there is less than 3/8 of an inch of clearance to fit hardware and a wrench. Unless you want to mark, drill, and install nutserts into the top of the frame, there is NO WAY you are using the hoop. The passenger side fog light pocket was almost 3mm too small which had me using a Dremel on a finished bumper to clearance enough room to install a factory fog light housing. Way too many issues that would require a bare bumper test fit to call this a bolt on solution. The amount of work I did to fit this has me thinking their laser cutter and the guy programming it are both drunk. The highlight, once installed, it's a good looking bumper... Getting it installed will test your patience unless you have a JL/JT with Goldilocks horn alignment and you plan on losing the OEM foglights. Another caveat, you can use the factory lower skid from the Rubi AND the Mojave. Nobody could answer that definitively.
Note From JcrOffroad: Chris, we investigated the problem and found an issue with a batch of winch plates on this specific bumper. We believe you have already talked to our tech support team, and we are working on a solution for your bumper. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Great Addition To The Bed Rack
(Phoenix) | April 25th, 2023
This is a nice little add on item if you're getting a bed rack. The one piece of advice I would offer is make sure on the full height rack to leave a little more room between the back window and the molle panel, they will kiss if you hit a big enough rut or bump when the bed flexes on it's mounts. I have some quick fists and a first aid kit hanging off mine and it's really a nice way to keep those items out of the bed or cab.
Nicely Built and Fits Well
(Phoenix) | April 25th, 2023
This particular item from JCR is pretty damn nice, then only real complaint I have is the rear fold over brackets stick out from the bed top rail more than I would like when positioned far enough back to accommodate the headache rack molle panel. That is a minor gripe. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with this item, especially when you look at some of the less attractive competition.
