EXCELLENT RACK BUT 1 FLAW!
(FREMONT CA) | January 29th, 2024
I have a Jeep Sahara 4xe. I bought few weeks ago (1/22/24). I have an iKamper 3.0 mini. The space between the crossbar and roof was not enough to accommodate the bracket of my RTT to slide in. I needed to go Home depot to buy a 1/4 in x 36in flat steel plate and cut them into 4 and put them on top of 2 crossbar. BUT over all the quality of the rack is very solid especially after I installed the reinforcement kits. Product was packed VERY WELL. Received WITHOUT any damage.
Molle Spacing
(Long Island, NY) | September 26th, 2023
Bought this product in Aug. of 2023 for my "23 Jeep JL. Shipped quicker than quoted. Ultra fine quality piece, finished perfectly. Unfortunately the problem is that the layout of the molle holes are not to spec. I have been using the Molle system for many years, both in Military and civilian applications. The holes are just not spaced and laid out correctly. Its a struggle, if not impossible to attach products in the correct weave manner.
Note From JcrOffroad: Thanks for the review, Joe. Being made of metal and for multiple mounting solutions, our spacing is a compromise for the most useability with various mounts. Let us know if we can help any further.
Great product, bolts are too big for bumper mounting
(Long Beach) | September 15th, 2023
These are supposed to be a direct fit for the XJ Crusader bumper, and they are, but the mounting hardware supplied (specifically the 1/4' -20 x 0.875 bolt) is too big for the bumper cut out. You either have to drill through the thick steel bumper mounting slit to enlarge it, or purchase a smaller bolt/washer in order to bolt it to the the bumper. After that its simply basic wire routing/electrical.
Note From JcrOffroad: Thank you for the review Sean; we apologize for the hardware issue. Please reach out to our customer service team and we can figure out what's up.
2 Door Bronco Crusader Rock Sliders
(Chilliwack BC) | June 26th, 2023
I have the Crusader Rock Sliders in aluminum on my 2 door bronco and they look great. They seem extremely beefy (have not actually put them to the true test as of yet but I have confidence that they will hold up) and they also do a good job of keeping mud from spraying up onto the doors. It’s too bad that you have to drill into the frame to mount these as that will scare many potential buyers away but it should not stop you from going with these as they are great. I give these a 4.5 out of 5 due to having to drill and some of the bolts for mounting the brackets to the actual slider were awkward to do up with my large hands.
Note From JcrOffroad: Thanks for the feedback Doug!
Flip up Fairlead plate mount

Nice product, my only issue is with the plastic hinge. Time will tell if it lasts,,,
Note From JcrOffroad: Thanks for the review! The plastic hinge has not been an issue on our shop rigs, but if you have any problems, don't hesitate to reach out.
Good Quality - but aggravating install
(Washington DC) | January 30th, 2023
I ordered the 2 door short rack and was impressed with quality of the machined parts. It feels sturdy and capable of pretty heavy loads once installed. I also appreciate that the roof can be removed for top-down driving while leaving the rack installed. The build was pretty straightforward while consulting the YouTube video, but no written instructions were included with my order. Much worse was that without instructions, there was no parts sheet - which would have been helpful to consult since the YouTube video doesn't zoom in on the specific parts being referenced -- and about half the bolts needed for the install were missing altogether, requiring me to go to the hardware store mid-build to find the needed parts. I'd also recommend replacing the stainless bolts/nuts with black oxidized for aesthetics and to help with possible corrosion/seizure issues noted in the YouTube video.
Note From JcrOffroad: Dallas, we apologize for the missing hardware! Please contact our tech support team if you need any more assistance on this installation.

A good piece of kit!
(Wisconsin) | August 25th, 2022
I did some research on the Bronco forums before coming here, so I had a fairly good idea what to expect. There's always a little concern with paying before construction of a part starts, but the process went quickly and communication was good. Shipping was well packaged-solid box and excellent foam support. Installation went well. I used mostly the original Ford bolts because I like the look of the Torx connectors and the solid black vs the black chrome look of the JCO bolts. There are two that you can't get at under the headlights-those you'll have to use the JCO because the bar is right above the bolt head and you'll need an open-end wrench to finish tightening. I was concerned because the mounting points are pretty inflexible but the bar mounted right up. One of the reasons I chose this bar was protection for the lights-vs the Ford version. It does block some of the Bronco logo, unlike the new Ford bar. You can see the bar on the front camera, but only at the top sides, not something that matters in the greater scheme of things (the license plate frame and bumper block the bottom of the camera a little, which matters a lot more. Overall very happy, especially compared to the problems installing the rock rails/steps.
Sturdy with some fitment issues
(Colorado) | June 6th, 2022
I've had the center console installed in my 1998 XJ Sport for about a year now and it is still rock solid. The fitment wasn't perfect as far as the two screws in the bottom of the bucket lining up and the AC duct was pulled a bit further. I deleted the rear AC in my XJ so not a concern and a little bend or a self-tap will solve the other fitment issue. Overall I'm pleased with the product even though the price is a bit steep.
