This roof rack system allows for customizable gear mounting (ie. Rotopax, tread boards, Hi-Lift..), freeing up valuable bed space for other trip essentials. Comes coated with a 2 stage satin textured black powdercoat over durable zinc primer finish.

Dynamic (road) weight rating is 100lbs evenly distributed. Static and jarring off-road weight limits are at your discretion. Use the Roof Rack Reinforcement to run heavier gear (e.g. RTT)

A 03/30/2023, 4:05:39 PM Without material data from the OEM, we are forced to make conservative estimations for load limits. We tend to over-engineer our racks and connections so that the limits we provide are driven by the vehicle's limitations rather than our product. In the case of the JL hard top we rate this rack conservatively at a 100lbs without our internal bracing, and at the customer's discretion with the internal bracing because there are a million ways to load a roof rack, and you are still relying on the freedom top in the front of the rack to handle whatever is loaded that far forward. This rack has a lifetime warranty like the rest of our products.

Rack shipped quickly and parts were well packed. Assembly and Install was simple and straight forward. Very little if any wind noise on the freeway. Assembly time was about 3 hours on the garage floor to assemble, would definitely recommend doing it on a table

I was in the market for an economical but quality half rack to carry a few items (spare fuel/water, sleep items, spare clothing, camp kitchen items) on the roof for our adventures. This rack fit that bill. The installation was super easy for one person, just needed a hand lifting it up on the hardtop for final placement. It looks really good, great quality materials and low profile design. I will be installing some scene lighting and emergency lighting this month to finish it all off. Overall very happy with the product.
If there was one thing I would like to see changed/updated for future buyers, it would be to supply all black hardware. Everything on this rack has been powder coated black and all the hardware is not, which seems like an oversight to me. Increase the price a few bucks and supply the hardware, it will make this already great looking rack cleaner.

I really like this rack it arrived well packaged with no damage. The hardware bag heat seal had broken so the hardware was all over the bottom of the box but everything was there. No issues with installation. I fabricated four brackets to hold either four Rotopax or two Rotopax and my traction mats. I like the adjustability of the rack but I wish you could insert the sliding nuts from either side of the bar not just one side it would make the initial mounting of accessories easier. This was the first sliding nut type rack I have had so it took some getting used to for mounting accessories but I was able to get everything I wanted on it and I was even able to get the shovel mount from my old JK rack to work so I am happy. On the drive to work the next day after install I noticed my Sirius cutting out, I thought it might just be cloudy weather.. I had no idea the rack would cause the Sirius signal to cut in and out. My previous JK Roof rack didn't block the signal and this one isn't any larger. I had to google for a Sirius antenna relocation bracket and I moved the Sirius antenna to the front. After antenna relocation I get less dropouts than I did with the factory location before the rack was installed. There is a spot on the way to work by 7-11 that has cut out for me the last 6 years with both JK/JL after relocating the antenna it doesn't even drop there anymore. So other than blocking the Sirius signal no issues. I really like the rack, it's fairly easy to install accessories, it's lightweight and low profile. I wish the sliding nuts could slide in from both sides but this racks a winner..

So you want your JL Unlimited to have a sleek roof rack that lets you ride on 35' tires, have a two-inch Mopar lift, let you open the freedom panels or Bestop Sunriderk, carry recovery boards, AND still fit in your garage? Well this rack checks all those boxes and I still have an inch of clearance to spare! it also looks great and has held up nicely since I put it on a few months ago.

Was looking for the best priced and best made roof rack that I could find. Typically this is an impossible task as you either get a good product at a cost or a low price sacrificing craftmanship. Luckily I found both with this unit right here. I still can believe how well made and affordable this roof rack was. I am very pleased with my purchased. I called twice for order status and the second time they had a tracking number for me. The staff was great and it arrived in about to weeks even in the middle of Covid-19. Great rack, great company.
