Q Troy • 10/06/2022, 10:25:32 PM Is this only the 90 degree angle bracket and two 8mm bolts? Is the strap that holds the fire extinguisher to the bracket included?
A 10/11/2022, 5:16:53 PM You would use the bracket that came with your automotive fire extinguisher.
Q Doug Cochran • 10/12/2022, 12:39:25 PM Will this fit with the soft top folded all the way back?
A 10/20/2022, 12:04:18 PM Yes, but you have to mount it in the orientation that positions the extinguisher inside the roll bar; otherwise, the top bow and canvas will rest on it when in the down position.
Q Doug Cochran • 10/18/2022, 3:33:09 PM Will this get in the way of the soft top when it's folded all the way back?
A 10/20/2022, 12:04:18 PM Yes, but you have to mount it in the orientation that positions the extinguisher inside the roll bar; otherwise, the top bow and canvas will rest on it when in the down position.
Q Brian Lee • 05/04/2023, 8:25:36 PM Can you attach quick release mount to this bracket?
A 05/08/2023, 3:26:42 PM Maybe, but we haven't tried any.
Q Jeanette • 05/22/2023, 2:09:12 PM Does this come with anything to install along the side that is secured to the roller to protect the paint - like adhesive backed rubber, etc.?
A 05/22/2023, 3:58:35 PM This bracket does not include any rubber backing or paint protection film. You can use a 3M paint protection film on the nutserts, but the bracket does not rest directly on the roll bar. The factory nutserts space the bracket out slightly.
