Great skid

I got the bare metal version and did all the cleaning, buffing and painting due to having to trim down the edges to make it fit on an ARB front bumper. The workmanship was clean with no rough edges from the cuts. The welds are nicely done and of quality work. As stated in an earlier review the two holes at the top when installing are a bit of a pain to get, but with some patience you will have a sweet skid on your jeep.

Based on my experience I would recommend buying this Bare Metal and then I would make the two outer oblong holes about an inch longer on the TOP end to make a much easier installation. Getting to the top bolts/nuts and getting tight is very difficult at best.
