Simply put, by tightening our lean manufacturing processes, we’ve reduced production waste.

We've refined our packaging and component layout to better protect parts in transit, reducing shipping damage. We've also optimized designs where needed. As an example, for full-length roof racks, we’ve redesigned the side rails into a modular format. Breaking them into sections makes them easier to manufacture and handle, plus they ship more cost-effectively. It also means far fewer racks get damaged in transit, saving everyone time and frustration.

That just one example of many, but these changes allow us to lower our costs without compromising our standards. So, we’re passing the savings on to you.
